- go to www.grad.arizona.edu
- select “Apply Now”
- create an account
- choose “Certificate” as type of application and
- “Gerontology (Certificate)” as Program of Study.
Please contact us after you have submitted your application so we may review it. Also, please make arrangements to have official transcripts sent to our department (address above). After we have reviewed your transcripts, we will contact you regarding your acceptance into the program. Please print and send this application to the Studies in Aging Program.
Foundational Certificate:
Foundational Certificate (7 unit) program
Please follow steps 1-3 above and then select “non-degree seeking” as type of application. Please contact us after you have submitted your application so we may review it. Also, please make arrangements to have your unofficial transcripts sent to our department (address above). After we have reviewed your transcripts, we will contact you regarding your acceptance into the program. Please print and send this application to the Studies in Aging Program.
